Axiom64 ("we", "us", or "our") operates a clinical-grade decision simulation platform designed to assist executives and professionals with strategic reasoning. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

        Key Principle: Axiom64 is a decision simulation tool. We do not collect phone numbers, home addresses, contacts, payment card details, or other sensitive personal identifiers. All computation data is stored on Supabase infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit.
      

1. Data Types We Collect

To provide decision simulation services, Axiom64 collects exactly six categories of data. None of them include sensitive personal identifiers such as phone numbers, physical addresses, or contacts.

User ID

A system-generated identifier to associate your decision sessions and preferences with your account.

Purpose: Account identification & session continuity

Crash Data

Diagnostic information captured when the application encounters an unexpected termination.

Purpose: Stability monitoring & bug resolution

Device ID

An anonymous device-level identifier used for infrastructure scaling and abuse prevention.

Purpose: Service integrity & capacity planning

Precise Location

High-accuracy location data used exclusively for spatiotemporal computation within the decision engine.

Purpose: Core spatiotemporal modeling

Coarse Location

Approximate location derived from network information, used as a fallback for regional context.

Purpose: Regional analysis & fallback modeling

Purchase History

Records of in-app purchases and subscription transactions managed through the App Store.

Purpose: Subscription management & entitlement verification

2. How We Use Your Data

All collected data serves the core function of Axiom64: providing precise, clinical-grade decision simulation. Specifically:

Spatiotemporal Computation: Location data (precise and coarse) feeds into the decision engine's spatiotemporal models to produce scenario simulations.
Session Continuity: User ID links your decision history across sessions so you can review past simulations.
Service Stability: Crash data and Device ID help us monitor system health and resolve technical issues.
Subscription Fulfillment: Purchase history verifies your subscription tier and enables premium features.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, cross-app tracking, or any purpose beyond delivering and improving the decision simulation service.

3. Data Storage & Infrastructure

Axiom64 stores all user data on Supabase, a secure cloud database platform. Key security measures include:

Encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3)
Row-Level Security (RLS) policies ensuring data isolation between users
No storage of phone numbers, physical addresses, or contact lists
No storage of complete payment instrument details (payments are processed by Apple)

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data with third parties. Data may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:

Infrastructure Providers: Supabase (database hosting) — processes data solely to provide storage infrastructure.
Legal Obligations: When required by applicable law, regulation, or valid legal process.
Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to continuing privacy protections.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data only while your account remains active. Upon account deletion:

All User Content and session data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
Transaction records required for legal compliance are retained per applicable regulations.
Aggregated, anonymized metrics may be retained indefinitely for service improvement.

6. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Access your personal data stored in Axiom64
Request correction of inaccurate information
Request deletion of your account and associated data
Withdraw consent for location data collection (note: this will disable core spatiotemporal features)
Export your decision history and simulation results

7. Children's Privacy

Axiom64 is not intended for users under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided data to us, please contact us immediately.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Your continued use of Axiom64 after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
